Session Description:
It has been a full 15 years since Act 10 shook the landscape of collective bargaining in Wisconsin. A flurry of activity happened immediately after that time. Let’s do a check in on where we are at with regard to our handbooks.
-
What legal aspects should we ensure we have covered in our documents?
-
What is absolutely required to be included in our handbooks?
-
Should we have only one handbook for all staff or separate ones for support and certified staff?
The team at Attolles Law will help us navigate these and other topics connected to our handbooks to support a review of the “current state” in each of our districts. It’s a great time for an audit!
12:00 pm - 12:15 pm | Conclusion & Door Prizes
